Работал врачом в отделении челюстно-лицевой хирургии в стационаре 11 лет.

Радослав - один из первых врачей, применивших технику альвеолярной декортикации в качестве преортодонтического лечения с использованием пьезоэлектрической хирургии. Создал классификацию анатомических показаний для операций на синусах с небным доступом.
