Day 1: Postural Centric Relation and Deprogramming

Morning Session (9:00 AM – 1:30 PM)

2. Clinical Postural Assessment of the Patient (9:30 AM – 11:00 AM)

— Preliminary Diagnosis: Formulate an initial diagnosis based on postural findings.

3. Practical Introduction to the Postural Tonic System (11:00 AM – 12:00 PM)

— Recording With and Without B.E.D.: Compare results to understand its impact.

7. Group Workshop – Analysis of a Complete Clinical Case (5:30 PM – 6:30 PM)

Day 2: Vertical Dimension and Postural Functional Occlusion

Morning Session (9:00 AM – 1:30 PM)

1. Progressive Mandibular Reprogramming (9:00 AM – 10:30 AM)


— Practice with the Postural Myofunctional Reprogrammer: Hands-on adjustment of mandibular position in simulated cases
— Clinical Indications: Discussion of when and how to use the reprogrammer in clinical settings.

2. Micro Functional Planes (10:30 AM – 11:30 AM)


— Technique Presentation: Introduction to the use of micro functional planes for fine-tuning occlusion
— Preparation and Adjustments: Practical training in preparing and adjusting micro functional planes
— Clinical Application: Application of these tools in real clinical cases to achieve optimal neuromuscular balance.

3. Registration and Validation of Neuromuscular Vertical Dimension (11:30 AM – 1:30 PM)


— Determining the Ideal Functional Dimension: Techniques to identify the ideal vertical dimension supporting both the body and the craniofacial system
— Use of the Posturometer: Validation of the functional dimension before and after adjustments
— Comparison with Anatomical Dimension: Discussion of differences between functional and anatomical measurements.

4. Diagnostic Wax-Up and Treatment Projection (3:00 PM – 4:30 PM)

— Treatment Planning: Developing a rehabilitation plan based on postural diagnosis.

— Design of Occlusal Plane, Guides, and Disocclusion: Practical work on designing the occlusal plane, functional guides, and disocclusion zones
