Программа
The final prosthetic result starts long before the implant is placed. This course presents a prosthetically guided approach to hard and soft tissue reconstruction, combining biological principles, digital workflows, customized solutions, and hands-on surgical techniques.
Explore how to translate the final prosthetic goal into a precise surgical plan, selecting the right regenerative strategy for each clinical situation — from GBR and autogenous bone blocks to customized titanium meshes.
This seminar by Dr. Matteo Chiapasco connects diagnosis, digital planning, augmentation, soft tissue management, implant timing, and prosthetic rehabilitation into one integrated workflow, providing a prosthetically driven framework for the treatment of severely atrophic edentulous sites.
During the course, you will learn about:
— Planning augmentation procedures from the final prosthetic position backward according to the PGR principle
— Choosing between GBR, autogenous bone blocks, and customized titanium meshes according to the clinical situation
— Integrating digital planning with customized surgical solutions to improve precision and reduce morbidity
— Determining the appropriate timing for implant placement following regeneration
— Designing and releasing flaps to achieve predictable, tension-free primary closure
— Preventing and managing the most common complications of regenerative surgery
— Managing soft tissues before, during, and after augmentation
— Translating the regenerative result into a predictable implant-supported prosthetic outcome.
More than a collection of augmentation techniques, this course presents a complete decision-making and surgical workflow for reconstructing the implant site according to the restoration you ultimately want to achieve.
VIP participants will have the exclusive opportunity to attend the practical portion of the course as observers. You will witness the instructor perform each step while receiving detailed, step-by-step explanations of all clinical decisions. This unique format lets you experience real techniques in action and fully grasp the clinician’s decision-making process. |
