Перфорация корня может возникнуть из-за наличия патологического процесса либо по ятрогенной причине. Диагностика перфораций иногда бывает затруднительной. Однако жалобы пациента, рентгенологические и клинические данные обычно приводят нас к постановке верного диагноза. Золотым стандартом в диагностике является использование КЛКТ. Эта информация имеет основополагающее значение для определения размера и местоположения перфорации и, следовательно, выбора наилучшего варианта лечения.

Author of 6 book chapters, around 60 articles and conference papers.
Lectured in Portugal and Angola, Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, Macao (China), Japan, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Juri in several PhD defenses in Lisbon, Coimbra, Porto (Portugal), Valencia (Spain), Pretoria (South Africa), Ribeirao Preto, SP, Brazil.
