Более 43 лет клинического и академического опыта в ортодонтии. Окончил медицинский факультет (1981), затем последипломное обучение по стоматологии и ортодонтии. Изобретатель аппарата Marco Rosa для быстрого небного расширения, закрепленного на молочных зубах в сменном прикусе, обеспечивающего раннюю скелетную коррекцию без воздействия на постоянные зубы. Пионер в разработке протоколов эстетически и функционально обоснованного закрытия пространства в случаях агенезии. Лауреат Dewel Memorial Award 2016 от American Association of Orthodontists.
Международный лектор, обширно преподающий раннее ортодонтическое лечение, биомеханику и междисциплинарное планирование лечения. Приглашенный профессор Insubria University, Италия. Сертифицирован European Board of Orthodontics и Italian Board of Orthodontics, высший уровень дипломов. Почетный член Italian Academy of Orthodontists. Бывший президент Association of Italian Specialists in Orthodontics (ASSO, 1998-2001).
