Более 35 лет клинического опыта интеграции принципов нейромышечной стоматологии с ортодонтическим лечением. Разработал диагностический и лечебный протокол Savasystem, утвердив нейромышечную ортодонтию как отдельную специализацию в 1994 году. Работал госпитальным консультантом по сложным заболеваниям ВНЧС и челюстно-лицевой хирургии в течение 15 лет.
Международный лектор с 1989 года, обучил более 1000 врачей в Бразилии, Испании, Индии, Бахрейне, ОАЭ, Канаде, Чехии, России, Украине, Великобритании и Италии. Основатель и президент ICNOG (Международный колледж нейромышечной ортодонтии и гнатологии) с 2006 года. Приглашенный профессор магистерских программ по нейромышечной ортодонтии в Universitat De Valls (Андорра, 2015-2017) и Universitat Jaume I (Испания).
