В настоящее время работает консультантом в Allentown Pain and Sleep Center (Аллентаун, Пенсильвания), помогая поддерживать интегрированную мультидисциплинарную клиническую модель для краниофациальной боли и расстройств сна, которую он создал за 30 лет сольной практики. Бывший клинический инструктор по краниофациальной боли и расстройствам сна, программа ординатуры по стоматологии общей практики больницы долины Лихай.
Более 30 лет частной практики, ограниченной исключительно ведением хронической краниофациальной боли, дисфункции ВНЧС и дентальной сомнологии. Убеждённый сторонник доказательного, консервативного, обратимого подхода к лечению орофациальной боли — переход от парадигм окклюзионной коррекции к нейромышечным и поведенческим моделям медицины. Разработчик Anterior Midpoint Stop Appliance (AMSA) и участник создания клинической доказательной базы для консервативного ведения ДВНЧС и бруксизма. Национальный и международный лектор.
