World-renowned speakers from Italy, Poland and Ukraine will deliver speeches on their main subjects:  - function in aesthetic dentistry  - stages of successful rehabilitation  - difficult clinical cases in direct and indirect restorations  - deep margin elevation technique  - rehabilitation of edentulous patients  - adhesion in direct and indirect restoration  During the 4 days of training (16 webinars total including the PANEL DISCUSSION!) we will be reviewing step by step clinical protocols for treatment of difficult and complex clinical cases in which not only the aesthetic and functional parts are important, but also interaction between dentists of various specializations. Restoration of severely compromised teeth, total reconstructions and interdisciplinary approach will be also discussed.

Урок 5.Adhesion of direct and indirect restorations.

Aim of the presentation will be a critical review of the latest improvements of dental bonding systems. Chemical background and physical characteristics of the adhesives will be assayed to understand the clinical capabilities and the possible role of the clinician to obtain the highest bonding performances, in terms of improved bond strength, extended durability and reduced post-op sensitivity. The lecture will also clarify the mechanisms that affect the stability of the adhesive interface over time, analyzing the role of different degrading phenomena synergistically contributing to degrade the hybrid layer. The lecture will provide clinical step-by-step procedures along with «tips and tricks» to achieve the highest clinical success in terms of aesthetic requirements, biomechanical properties of adhesive restorations, bond strength and stability of the adhesive interface over time.

1. To present step-by-step protocols for clinical procedures of bonded anterior and posterior direct estorations and directions for luting indirect restorations;
2. To provide a standardized approach to adhesive dentistry aiming to achieve a stable bond over time.

Урок 9.A step-by-step approach on treatment plan: the operative sequence for a successful rehabilitation.

An ideal treatment plan can often be created only by recourse to a team effort involving the concerted action of various specialists. The cooperation with the orthodontist, the periodontist, the implantologist, the oral and maxillofacial surgeon and the dental technician is a determining factor in the successful outcome of the most
complex prosthetic cases. The presentation will discuss the fundamentals required to accomplish a pleasing, functional and longlasting esthetic outcome: treatment plan, team collaboration, understanding of the patient’s needs and selection of restorative materials. Thanks to the digital technology, including the use of specific Apps, it is possible to simplify many steps of the treatment plan, thus improving furtherly the predictability of the success of the rehabilitation. Upon completion of this course the participants will
learn how to reach excellent esthetic and functional results for complex and extensive rehabilitations thanks to an effective step-by-step approach and minimally invasive prosthetic procedures (MIPP).
Esthetic and functional challenges in compromised dentition: balancing tradition and innovation
An ideal treatment plan can often be created only by recourse to a team effort involving the concerted action of various specialists. The cooperation with the orthodontist, the periodontist, the implantologist, the oral and maxillofacial surgeon and the dental technician is a determining factor in the successful outcome of the
most complex prosthetic cases. In order to perform an ideal treatment plan, a careful evaluation of all the esthetic parameters such as facial, dento-labial, phonetic, dental and gingival analysis should be combined with an appropriate function so to reach an adequate overjet/overbite value. Thanks to the digital technology, including the use of specific Apps, it is today possible to simplify many steps of the treatment plan, thus
furtherly improving the predictablity of the success of the rehabilitation. Nowadays the prosthetic rehabilitation is undergoing many changes thanks to some revolutionary clinical procedures and technologies. An innovative operative protocol allows the dentist to face highly compromised clinical situations such as worn out dentition with a minimally invasive prosthetic procedure (MIPP), which guarantees a remarkable and long-lasting resistance of the restorations, while maintaining a maximum amount of enamel.
The presentation will discuss the fundamentals required to accomplish a pleasing, functional and enduring esthetic outcome of the prosthetic rehabilitation on natural dentition: treatment plan, team collaboration, understanding of the patient’s needs and selection of restorative materials.
