– The purpose and advantages of palatal skeletal anchorage to enhance a variety of orthodontic mechanics
– The rationale for the selection of a specific mini-screw insertion site
– Design simple, individual mechanisms using miniscrews for many different malocclusions
– TPA+ with miniscrews for Class 3 maxillary protraction or to protract to close spaces towards the anterior
– TPA- with miniscrews for Class 2 en-masse retraction or as anchorage for space closure
– Modification of TPA+ or – for controlling vertical with posterior maxillary intrusion.
