Appointed Professor at University of Salvador (Universidad del Salvador, USAL) teaching TMD diagnosis and management to dental students and postgraduate residents. Active researcher contributing to understanding of bruxism etiology, diagnosis, and therapeutic approaches. Serves as Vice President of ALDOTS, leading Latin American organization promoting evidence-based approaches to TMD, orofacial pain, and sleep disorders throughout region.

 

International lecturer presenting at dental conferences across Latin America, Europe, and North America on bruxism classification, temporomandibular disorders, orofacial pain diagnosis and treatment, and sleep disorders. Guest editor for thematic dossiers in international dental journals on TMD, orofacial pain, bruxism, and sleep apnea. Recognized expert on different schools of thought regarding bruxism definition, etiology, and treatment, including orofacial pain school identifying it as pathology versus alternative approaches. Published extensively in peer-reviewed journals on TMD, bruxism mechanisms, diagnostic methods, morphological changes from functional appliances, bruxism and condylar position relationships, and sleep disorder management.

 

DDS. Professor at University of Salvador (USAL), Buenos Aires. Author of definitive textbook "Bruxism: Theory and Practice" (Quintessence Berlin), comprehensive reference establishing evidence-based understanding of bruxism covering etiology, classification, diagnosis, consequences, and therapeutic strategies. Book recognized internationally as authoritative resource on bruxism for clinicians and researchers.
