Farooq Ahmed is a Consultant Orthodontist working at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust in London, UK.
He qualified as a dentist from the University of Manchester UK in 2009.
He went on to complete his speciality training (residency) in orthodontics from the University of Manchester UK in 2015.
Farooq pursued further formal education through an optional 2 years as a post CCST at The Royal London UK, where he learned complex management and interdisciplinary care for patients.
Farooq began working as a consultant in 2018, and works part time in hospital and part time in private practice in London UK.
He is involved in teaching within his role as a consultant in UK training programmes, and seeks to actively learn from others: colleagues, seniors and juniors.
