”Red Russian Cement” endodontic retreatment of an upper molar

A challenging case of endodontic retreatment in an upper first molar with simptomatic apical periodontitis. 
The difficulty of the case was the presence of the previous endodontic sealer, Forfenan (called ”red russian cement”) which is quite hard to remove sometimes.
The retreatment case  presented starts from the  crown access cavity preparation to the endodontic obturation step by step.
