Доктор Агнини работает в частной практике в Модене и Сассуоло, Эмилия-Романья, Италия, совместно с братом Алессандро, специализируясь на несъемной ортопедической стоматологии, пародонтологии и имплантологии.
Он учился в Колледже стоматологии Нью-Йоркского университета в 2009–2011 годах, среди которых были преподаватели и наставники доктор Деннис Тарнов, доктор Кристиан Стэпперт, доктор Стивен Чу и доктор Майкл Брал. Он был научным сотрудником отделения пародонтологии и имплантологии в Нью-Йоркском университете под руководством доктора Санг Чун Чо.
Является соавтором различных итальянских и международных научных публикаций и международным лектором.
С 2008 года он является членом научного комитета ежегодных программ в области ортопедической стоматологии, пародонтологии и имплантологии, основанных в студии Agnini Odontoiatria. С 2011 года он является лектором сайта Dental Xp, а также является членом редакционной коллегии. Автор книги «Цифровая стоматологическая революция: кривая обучения» под редакцией Quintessence.
