Программа
Masao Yamazaki is internationally recognized as one of the leading specialists in aesthetic and functional full-mouth rehabilitation. His treatment philosophy has influenced clinicians worldwide by combining exceptional aesthetics, functional occlusion, and biologically driven protocols to deliver predictable, long-lasting restorative outcomes.
This course is designed for clinicians who want to advance beyond isolated restorative procedures and develop a comprehensive approach to full-mouth rehabilitation. Through a structured clinical workflow, participants will learn how to make confident treatment decisions—from diagnosis and occlusal analysis to preparation design, material selection, and definitive rehabilitation—allowing them to successfully manage even the most challenging clinical cases.
During the course, you will learn about:
– Establishing stable anterior guidance and creating a harmonious functional occlusion
– Clinical protocols for safely modifying the occlusal vertical dimension (OVD)
– Selecting the ideal preparation design for each clinical scenario, including conventional, chamfer, vertical, minimally invasive, and no-preparation techniques
– Choosing the most appropriate restorative materials—including feldspathic ceramics, pressed ceramics, and zirconia—based on functional and esthetic requirements.
During the hands-on workshop, you will learn how to:
– Plan comprehensive full-mouth rehabilitation cases, from diagnosis to the final clinical outcome
– Establish a stable therapeutic occlusion by recording centric relation (CR) and maximum intercuspation (MIP), developing anterior -guidance, and determining the optimal occlusal vertical dimension (OVD)
– Perform microscope-assisted tooth preparation using the author's 360° preparation protocol, as well as 180° and 270° veneer preparation techniques
– Work with an articulator, transfer clinical records accurately, and fabricate a mock-up using the Cross-Mount protocol
– Integrate digital workflows, select appropriate restorative materials, and communicate effectively with the dental laboratory to achieve predictable esthetic outcomes.
More than a course on restorative techniques, this program provides a complete clinical philosophy for full-mouth rehabilitation. You will learn to balance function, esthetics, and biomechanics through evidence-based protocols that improve treatment predictability and long-term success. By the end of the program, you will think, plan, and execute complex rehabilitation cases with the confidence and precision of a comprehensive restorative clinician, applying these protocols immediately in your everyday practice.
