An interdisciplinary team approach is becoming the gold standard in dentistry. The complexity of clinical decisions requires treatment planning options with the participation of several specialists.
On this course you will learn:
– strategies to facilitate orthodontic teeth movement and improve the condition of periodontal tissues
– stages of orthodontic treatment and the sequence of treatment of periodontal tissues in full synergy with dentists of other specialties - periodontologists, prosthodontists, and surgeons
– techniques of periodontal regenerative procedures in combination with orthodontic treatment
– mucogingival reconstructive therapy in an adult patients.
You will also analyze clinical examples of orthodontic rehabilitation of patients with various forms of generalized periodontitis.

Опубликовал и читал лекции в области пародонтологии и имплантологии, регенеративной медицины, хирургических методов для восстановления пародонта и при периимплантитах.
Лауреат премий за исследования: Международная премия издательства Quintessence (Бостон 2000 - 2004), Премия Голдмана (SIdP 1996 - 2010 - 2017), Премия клинических исследований (EAO 2010), Премия регенерации пародонта им. Эрла Робинсона (AAP 2012) Align Research Award (2013).
В 2017 году он основал Образовательный центр iPerio в Пьяченце, Италия, с доктором Джорджо Паньи и доктором Раффаэле Акунцо, где они преподают свою философию лечения и концепции современной стоматологии.

Клинический ортодонтический стаж более 27 лет Сертифицированный европейский эксперт в области лингвальной ортодонтии и философии пассивного самолигирования.

Получил медицинскую степень в Университете Феррары (Италия) в 1978 году. Магистр пародонтологии в Бостонском университете.
Активный член Итальянского общества пародонтологии с 1987 года. Соавтор многих статей и книг.
Профессор курса пародонтологии в Университете Феррары с 1986 по 2000 год. Преподаватель в магистратуре в стоматологической школе Туринского университета. Преподаватель-профессор со степенью магистра челюстно-лицевой хирургии и патологии в Пармском университете.
Директор международной магистерской программы по пародонтологии в Istituto Stomatologico Toscano (Unicamillus University Roma).
Владелец частной практики, ограниченной пародонтологией и имплантологией в Ферраре (Италия).
